Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1-7 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Time

The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to high demand, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.

4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to [Lithuania, Poland, Latvia, Estonia]. If your location is not listed, please contact us at [Prekyba@dmax.lt] before placing your order.

5. Damaged or lost shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [Prekyba@dmax.lt] and provide your order number and all available information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return period

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

2. Return conditions

To return an item:

The item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. If the packaging or item is damaged, a return is not possible.

Proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned - according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Send us an email at prekyba@dmax.lt with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Return the item using a carrier service.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or defective item).

5. Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method within 1-14 business days or as directed by UAB Digimaksas staff.

6. Exchange
If you require a different size or item, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
